(Formerly Temporary Horse Care and Employment Services, Inc.) in Marion County Florida in 1981, laying the foundation for a long lasting success in this area and abroad. Starting on a shoestring with a great idea and an abundance of tenacity, she parlayed this foundation into the success story you see today.
Mary is a nationally certified Personnel Consultant and the vice president of the Marion County Staffing Association. In 2002, She was nominated as the Chamber of Commerce Small Business Person of the Year and was selected as the runner up. Additionally, she won the second top-producing manager in the state; quite an accomplishment for a locally based business competing with larger national firms and chain recruiters.
Mary's level of professionalism and dedication are matched by that of her hand chosen staff. She fosters a truly team oriented atmosphere that breeds success, resulting in superior service of the utmost quality to both clients and candidates.
