About EP&P
EP&P is a privately held corporation, founded as an S-Corporation on January 22, 1993, which began operations on February 13, 1993. The Corporate Directors founded the company based on a desire to be a full-service consulting firm for our clients with the ability to assist in all aspects of the complexities of Medicaid and other related programs. It was formed with a corporate mission to provide a range of quality health care and management consulting services at the federal, state and local level through the use of a group of highly specialized and experienced staff. The core of our business has been with state Medicaid agencies and their sister agencies that oversee services for Medicaid beneficiaries and expansion populations. Since its formation, EP&P has provided consulting services to 36 states.
The central EP&P office is located in Washington DC. From here, the three Corporate Directors guide a full-time consulting staff with an array of knowledge and hands-on experience in both public and private sector health care and public policy issues. EP&P also has a satellite office in Phoenix, Arizona. This allows EP&P to efficiently manage projects in any region of the country.
