Our founder, Dr. Howard Bender, has over 20 years of government and industry experience as a practicing software engineer, and has taught software engineering at the college level for over 20 years. He developed the joint Master of Software Engineering degree program for the University of Maryland and administered it for its first three years. He also developed the courses for the Certificate in Software Engineering at the Clark School of Engineering at the University of Maryland.
