The Economic Opportunity Board of Clark County (EOB) is a private, non-profit organization providing social service programs primarily to the people of Clark County, Nevada. The mission of EOB is to provide those services, programs and resources which reduce or eliminate poverty and to serve as a voice and presence in this community on behalf of disadvantaged and underprivileged citizens in order to create for them a better life and opportunity to live in decency and dignity.
