- Enniskerry Farm is a family farm offering horse riding lessons, horse shows, summer camps, boarding and training. A full service operation, Enniskerry began in the 1970's when the Hart family built its first barn in Colchester. Since that time it has expanded from three stalls to a facility with the capacity to care for 26 horses year round. This last expansion was accomplished through the purchase of the property at 848 Middle Road, previously Hidden Oak Farm.
