about emmajane
I live and work in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada. I work as a web development consultant, college professor and bookbinder. For fun I do various crafts (mostly bookbinding and spinning/knitting related) and just about anything else that doesn’t involve sitting for long periods of time without moving.
I’ve got three darling pets: Bailey the Barf Cat; Gir the Angora Bunny and AJ the Guinea Pig (”Pig” for short). There are stories and pictures scattered throughout the archives. I’ll let you find them on your own. There are also a growing mass of pictures on Flickr. I love their tags.
I am fueled by coffee and dark chocolate during the day (both of which should be organic and fair trade if at all possible) and occasionally a wee dram of Scotch in the evening (single malt, no water, and tasting like smoke thankyouverymuch). A day hasn’t officially started until I put the music on. I listen to CDs on repeat until I can’t stand them anymore, and then I put them away.
