The company was formed in June 1995 by brothers Michael and Martin Doran, who have over 40 years' experience between them in the construction business.
They identified a niche in the market for a medium to large size contracting firm with a "hands on" approach to give personal attention to each contract, to ensure good workmanship, keep contracts within budget, and on schedule. Ellen Construction Ltd. currently employs over 45 personnel directly and between 150-200 indirectly.
Contracts vary from industrial, commercial, leisure to housing and private development. Our current contracts are located along the east coast from Waterford to Dublin. We are flexible to work nationwide and have also completed projects in the UK.
