Elk Valley Fly Fishing Adventures is owned and operated by Kevin and Julie Switzer. Kevin is a licensed B.C. fly fishing guide and has lived in the Elk Valley for 27 years. For over twenty of those years most of his spare time, has been spent with a fly rod in hand finding every possible hiding spot where a Cutthroat or Bull trout might be living. With a passion for fly fishing and being a full time guide, there are not many days he is not on one of the local rivers guiding or fishing with his wife Julie and their son Sam .
Elk Valley Fly Fishing Adventures offers professional guided fly fishing trips on the Elk river, as well a number of back country lakes, rivers and streams in and around the Elk Valley, and southwest Alberta. All of our back country fishing trips are very scenic and allow great opportunities to see wildlife and view the breathtaking scenery. We highly recommend a multi-river, multi-day fishing package so you can experience each river's unique personality and beauty, not to mention the great fishing each river has to offer.
