- In today's high-tech world there is a proliferation of faster and more complicated modems, encoders, decoders, and general signal processing equipment. Also time-to-market is shrinking as rapidly. In this environment there is a need for a more flexible, re-configurable, fast, and efficient platform for prototyping real-time algorithms that also straddle the analog and digital domains. To solve these issues, a group of engineers banded together and formed Elite Innovations. The result of this formation was the company's first product, the cutting edge general purpose prototyping and testing board, Titan. Since then, the company has gone on to become a leader in physical layer hardware boards, wireless communications consulting, and contracting.
