Development Group
EIP stands for Exchanging Information with the Public. The EIP Group was created in 1992 and continues to be the only peer-support network capable of addressing the key issues facing customer-service staff in UK local authorities.
EIP Group member authorities can nominate up to five officers or elected members to become part of the group. This gives you:
Starting in 2006, we are also offering individual membership for the first time, specifically aiming at officers responsible for customer services in smaller authorities.
