We are a group of weight lifting enthusiasts that recognize there is a right way to do just about everything and then there is the wrong way. It’s so easy to get caught up in taking steroids and forgetting your own health and your responsibilities to yourself, your family, and your friends. We felt that it was appropriate for us to put together this site to try and fairly represent the effects of steroids. You will see some positive stories as well as negative stories.
