Edussentials is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) organized in Franklin Count, Ohio. Edussentials was formed in the summer of 2006 in order to provide Supplemental Educational Services to public school students in Ohio as required by provisions of the No Child Left Behind legislation. The organizing member of the LLC is Michael Barnes. Mr. Barnes is an experienced mathematics teacher and tutor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
