- I've been designing, building and remodeling in the Olympia area since the mid 1970's. Most of my designs were done for my own building projects, but I also designed homes for a few builders and homeowners. My goal was to eventually retire my tool belt and devote all of my time to designing and drafting custom residences that were creative as well as practically designed. In 2000, I achieved my goal and began exclusively designing homes.
