Description
EasyAccess Business Solutions Inc. (formerly Damgaard Inc.) was founded by Nic Nielsen in 1992. Nic and his team have been providing Help Desk Consulting, Services and Software ever since.
Nic holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from York University, Toronto, Canada, 1988, as well as several other industry designations including having been a Certified Netware Engineer (CNE '95) and a Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC v4, v5 and v6).
Nic has over 20 years experience in providing support and services for the software industry. In the mid 80's Nic managed the Support and Integration department for a Satellite Imaging software vendor, then moving on in the late 80's and early 90's to managing the Support and Consulting departments of a Document Management software start-up.
