On any given day, you can turn on your news and hear about ecological issues. We all know that the current state of our environment isn't what we'd like to leave to the generations of tomorrow. As much as we'd like to do something to help, the task seems incredibly insurmountable to us. So, we recycle our aluminum, glass and paper. We sometimes take the bus, or ride a bike to work or school. We do what is within our power, and would do more if it was conveniently reasonable.

EARTHwisefloors.com was founded with these thoughts in mind. The rainforests and other habitats are being destroyed, partly because of their "market value". If people were to have an alternative flooring product to buy, we would make the habitat less marketable. When there's no market, and no profits; there's nothing to be gained and industry moves on. In order to amplify this aspect, we decided to launch a new website that will hopefully become a portal for those that would like to further their desire in saving our environment.
