Description
The mission of Eagle Gate College and Provo College is dedicated to the ideal that all students should have the opportunity to reach their full potential by functioning in an educational environment in which they build competency and character. This is done by teaching them skills of personal effectiveness and preparing them to enter, prosper in, and meet the needs of the community served.
Eagle Gate College and Provo College offer an excellent environment for learning. The facilities are modern and equipped with the latest technology. All locations have 2 computer labs with free access to computers and Internet. Each campus also has a designated Graphic Design lab with only Macintosh computers. Both campuses also have advanced technical labs for computers and the health fields. The colleges also have a wireless network so technology students working on a laptop can still be connected.
The Eagle Gate College ESL Program is fully accredited by the ACICS (Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools). The Provo College ESL Program is fully accredited by the ACCSCT (Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology). Most instructors are TESOL certified and have a degree in linguistics at the master's level. Upon graduation, students receive a Certificate of English Proficiency.
