Eagle Ridge Realty was started in October 2001 by Broker and Eagle Ridge Homeowner Gary Frimann. He works with his wife, Nancy Frimann, who is also a Broker. We are a group of Realtors who specialize in the selling of pre-owned homes in the wonderful golf community of Eagle Ridge, located in Gilroy, CA. This community will consist of about 900 homes when it is finally built out. Shapell homes was the lead developer, and homes were also built by Standard Pacific, Summerhill, and Orchard Valley. A picturesque community, that is safe and gated, it offers spectacular homes ranging in size from over 2,000 square feet to just over 4200 square feet. There is a community pool, tennis courts, basketball coursts, community clubehouse and a few parks--all making this a wonderful place to live. The first homes were sold in late 2000, and very few homes are left to be built, as of early 2008.
