Ron Wagner, manager of EAA Field Operations, will give a presentation on the current state (and growing momentum) of Light Sport Aircraft, followed by an open discussion about the topic.
June 24–25: Oshkosh Work Weekend
Just a month before Airventure, and so much to do! EAA 838 is one of several chapters volunteering time and effort to make the premier aviation event happen this year. Drive or fly up Saturday and EAA will feed you and put you up for the night. Come up Sunday, and you’ll still get fed. Of course, expect to do your fair share of work in return!
Our chief desire this year is to extend the deck on the Aviation Explorer Base to the east side of the building, a great place to watch the airshow in the shade. However, we may find ourselves elsewhere…there’s plenty to be done!
