ELFS is a fantasy role playing game created with the goal of delivering a very simple but playable and extensible RPG core system that could be fit on the front and back of a single sheet of paper. The ELFS game is not intended to teach one how to play an RPG, but rather to deliver the foundation for a role-playing game system to be utilized by existing RPG gamers and extended for other genres & styles.
Another goal of ELFS was to allow the use of almost any FRPG resource within the system. Feel free to convert or create your creatures and monsters within the tools section along with designing your own spells. Keep in mind that this systems goal is simplicity and playability. ELFSRPG is intended to reintroduce 'Role Playing' and reduce 'Rules Playing'.
