I'm a stay at home mom, wife, editor, writer, publisher, webmistress, marketer, networker, teacher, and mentor. Who says women don't RULE! LOL I've been with my husband Nick for over 16 years and counting. He's been my biggest supporter ever and I love him dearly for that! Our daughter Brenda will be 11 this coming January, and our son Bradley will be 15 in July. I don't know where the time has gone but they sure grow up fast!
Like most moms, I wanted to be home for my kids. I began looking for something I could do out of my home when I was pregnant with my daughter. Like a lot of people, I got scammed a lot so eventually I stopped sending away for stuff. Lesson learned! Times were rough back then. We foreclosed on our house and we were $10,000 in credit card debt. It turns out that that was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. I grew up in St. Petersburg and I was ready to get out of there. 25 years was enough in that city! We moved north to Pasco county where we live now and I absolutely love it here. It's more country and less crime although these kids are out of whack! LOL Anyway, we have the best landlord, he hasn't raised our rent once and it's going on 8 years. This is how we paid off the credit card debt. Now we're saving to buy a new home.
About 6 months after we moved here is when I got my first computer. I was totally hooked the first time I logged on to the internet. The first thing I did was began to look through the classifieds for something I could do from home. That's when I discovered free affiliate programs. I signed up to many of them but then I had to learn how to advertise them. I needed to make some money and fast. That's when I discovered ezines. This was about 1 year after I've been online. I subscribed to some and said to myself, I can do this and so I did. Well, not to long after I began publishing, I wanted to learn how to make web pages. I had all of these links for the affiliate programs so I figured hey, put them on a website and just advertise that. Having to learn about publishing, affiliate programs, advertising, and webmastering work, I had tons of resources that I just knew other people could use too. That's how Ecommerce Resources' was born. I'm very proud of my accomplishments and I continue to seek out the resources that are available to us. I'm living proof that anyone can make a living on the internet. Don't Ever give up on your dreams!
