As a graduate of the University of Missouri, Kel Smith began his career with General Electric in Kansas City, Missouri, receiving awards in sales and distribution. In 1982, he began working for PepsiCo in various executive marketing and operational responsibilities. Kel's first responsibility was helping launch the Pepsi Challange in several southern markets. In 2000 Kel became the founding partner of The ZANZICO Agency.
