Karen A.B. Jagoda is co-founder and president of E-Voter Institute, a trade association representing Web publishers and political solution providers. Formed in 1999 with Nick Nyhan, Dynamic Logic, E-Voter Institute grew out of their work on E-Voter 98, a ground-breaking case study measuring the impact of online advertising for political candidates.
E-Voter Institute conducts research on the convergence of the Internet and politics, and encourages bipartisan discussion in order to strengthen the fabric of our democracy. The mission of E-Voter Institute is to promote the use of the Internet for persuasion, organizing, mobilization, and fundraising, by:
Developing and publishing case studies, surveys, and reviews about the use of the Internet for political and issue advocacy advertising and communications
