In April of 1994, Tom and Judy Yeary set up a "Timeshare Resale Division" within an Orlando residential real estate office, Williamsburg Realty, Inc.
After more than three years of success and growth, the demand to have an office devoted strictly to the needs of vacation club members and purchasers arose.
