DreamRoomz is a Buckwheat Babies company. Buckwheat Babies was founded in 2002, born out of a mother's love for her children and a desire to help make the lives of mothers, fathers, children and babies more comfortable and secure.
The first product I designed and made was a nursing pillow. I was a nursing mother at the time, and I felt that the nursing pillows available on the market did not take into consideration a mother's needs while breastfeeding her baby. My daughter then wanted her own pillow, so I invented the Snuggle Me Pillow.
As Buckwheat Babies was taking shape, I was decorating my daughter’s room with a WallNutz wall mural. When the time came to order a mural for my son’s room, I spoke to Becca Williams, originator of WallNutz, and she mentioned that she had been looking for someone to sell her murals in Canada. I said I would love to do it, and DreamRoomz was born! Now I am able to merge my desire to create comfort products with my love for beautiful and imaginative spaces.
