After obtaining a City and Guilds in dress design, I worked in the industry for several years. I then started to make dolls in my spare time and travelled the country selling my dolls at large craft fairs.I make sure that all the dolls and clothes are made to the highest standard and all the seam are neatened inside so there are no raw edges.
I mostly use cotton fabrics so that the dolls and clothes can be hand washed.All the faces are individually hand embroidered so therefore no two are the same.The hair is acrylic yarn.They are filled with polyester fibre to BS5665 to meet toy standards.
