Never accept pictures as proof you are in contact with that person. Demand to see that pretty face on webcam. There are webcams everywhere. If somebody you meet on the 'net won't show a face on webcam, be suspicious.
Many 'chat scammers' will have sudden emergencies that they need financial help with, NEVER SEND MONEY.
POOR people do not have money to use the internet, or a PC and net connection at home. They are not starving if they are online, and smiling back at you. This is a job for them....conning gullible people into sending them money!
Many of the ladies 'begging' online, or seeking a generous western boyfriend, are married, or have a local boyfriend. You are a source of income.
