Dr. Michelle R. Callahan, creator of 360 ° STRATEGIES™, is a relationship expert, life coach, developmental psychologist, and writer. She is known for empowering her clients to maximize success and realize their full potential. Her broad experience, intuitive insight, strategic vision, and holistic approach to coaching and consulting promote her clients’ personal and professional growth, and life satisfaction.
Dr. Michelle is an expert in the following areas: family and romantic relationships, mental health, stress and coping, women’s health and career development. Dr. Michelle has made several appearances on NBC’s Today Show and other shows including The Tyra Banks Show, Vh1’s The Fabulous Life Of…, CNN’s Nancy Grace, CNBC’s The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, Court TV’s Closing Arguments with Nancy Grace, WE’s Cinematherapy and the daily news live on MSNBC. She has also appeared in television projects for NBC Enterprises, BRAVO, The Food Network, Oxygen, A&E: Arts & Entertainment, TLC: The Learning Channel, the United Kingdom’s Channel 5 and Global Canadian Television. For two years, Dr. Michelle appeared on television weekly on the Ricki Lake show where she provided advice to individuals, couples and families on how to improve their relationships with their spouses, children and friends. She has appeared on radio shows across the nation and has been featured or quoted in magazines and newspapers including Cosmopolitan, Seventeen, US Weekly, and The Washington Post. At Yale University, Dr. Michelle hosted and produced a weekly two-hour radio talk show covering issues of interpersonal relationships, careers, and physical/mental health.
