Double Brush was formed to create affordable fine arts and crafts that reflect on Hawai'i's unique environment and rich cultural heritage. Drawing on the multi ethnic backgrounds and history of Hawai'i, we strive to create products that express how special a place Hawai'i is. Fun and original, our designs are meant to be enjoyed with a sense of humor.
We are a husband and wife team, and are both artists, hence the name Double Brush. We love creating new products and seeing people enjoy what we make. Our business makes it possible to support our other fine art endeavors.
Our art studio and home are located in an Ohia-Lehua Rainforest on the island of Hawai'i, or as locals call it, the Big Island. We are a 30 minute drive away from the Volcano National Park, and 30 minutes away from the main town of Hilo.
