This site is for responsible dog people who want to include their best friends in what they do. It is not for those who might consider leaving their dog in the car whilst they visit an attraction (please don't do it!). It is for those who care about their dogs and respect the places they visit.
We have enjoyed many UK holidays with Hamish, our Airedale Terrier (and inspiration for this site). Our success has often been the result of painstaking research using a variety of sources of information - combined with a fair measure of good luck! We aim, through this site, to significantly increase the success of your research for both holidays and days out. This should assure a welcome from our advertisers to responsible dog owners and their dogs. Hopefully this will encourage you to spend more days out with your dog and to get more from your holidays with him or her.
