There are two convenient locations to service your Ditch Witch needs. These locations are in Salem, Virginia and St. Albans, West Virginia. The Salem location boasts a 40,000 square foot parts and service facility. It houses 8 service bays, a parts department, a covered drive thru for loading and unloading in inclement weather, and a showroom displaying accessories and handheld tools as well as small equipment. The corporate offices are located at the front of the facility connected by a breezeway. The parts department prides itself on its stocked inventory valued well over a million dollars. Also at this ten acre location is an assortment of both new and used equipment all weather protected under shelter and accessible for customer viewing.
