Dine for America: A restaurant industry benefit for hurricane relief
Description
Together, the 17115 participating restaurants, their owners and operators, employees and guests raised millions of dollars for the Hurricane Katrina and Rita recovery effort on October 5, 2005.
The American Red Cross will not know the exact amount raised until December, but a preliminary number based on information provided by participating restaurants will be available within the next several weeks. We will keep you updated as information becomes available.
Dine for America pledges and donations should be mailed directly to the American Red Cross. Make check(s) payable to "American Red Cross Hurricane Relief" with a note indicating your restaurant and/or company name and the tracking number F5ZMQ905 written in the memo line to:
