Description
Digital Sound Design is a full service recording stuio and music production company specializing in personal and professional service. Recording, mixing and mastering are all done at 24 bit, 48khz on PRO TOOLS audio recording software. Past projects include (just to name a few): Rock Bands, Fusion Jazz, Classical Brass Ensemble, Music for movies & commercials, CD fundraising projects for school music ensembles. Chris Acker, owner maintains a busy career as a professional trombonist in both the Jazz and Classical realms in addition to his busy schedule as an engineer and producer. He is musical director and business manager of Extra Space Music, and has played with such groups and performers as The Four Tops, The Temptations, Steve Allen, Rich Little, The Supremes, Lesley Gore, Lou Christie, Opera OmahaMannheim Steamroller, The Omaha Community Playhouse, and a national Broadway tour of Anything Goes. In addition, he is a noted studio musician, composer, arranger, conductor, and educator. Chris received a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is currently serving as Vice President of the Omaha Musicians Association.
