REVIEW OF DIETTOGO
One of the most common excuses people give for why they don’t eat more healthfully is that they simply don’t have the time. They’re in too big of a hurry in the morning to eat breakfast at home, so instead they grab a donut with their morning coffee. Lunch and dinner are similar, usually convenience foods eaten on the go. Diet-to-Go takes all of the guesswork out of healthy eating by providing consumers with a week’s worth of healthy meals delivered right to their door. Individuals living in San Francisco or Washington, DC can also take advantage of the company’s numerous pickup sites in these areas. The standard plan consists of a low-fat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, totaling either 1,200 or 1,600 calories, depending on your weight loss goals. Consumers may also select either low carbohydrate or vegetarian options, as well as make substitutions for up to 50% of their meals. The meals arrive packed in dry ice and stored in a Styrofoam cooler. Dieters simply reheat them at their convenience. Diet-to-Go also sells snacks, shakes, bars, and nutritional supplements.
