Can anyone suggest a good replacement shake vegan meals that approved? I prefer something similar to Slim Fast that is already mixed for me, but if you have any quick idea of doing mine, I'd love to hear them. I found a recipe for a liquid that is frozen concentrated orange juice, silken tofu and soy milk. Do you think it would be healthy and filling? vegan ice cream banana in the blender with a little vegan chocolate sauce. could be a breakfast smoothie. vegweb.
