Description
It was New Year's Eve 1935 when eight employees of the John Deere Harvester Works joined together for the common cause of helping one another. From the beginning, DHCU Community Credit Union has been supported by a group of people who believed financial services could be provided for members, by members.
With only $40 in assets six decades ago, we were originally chartered to serve the employees of the John Deere Harvester Works Plant and their families.
Today, anyone living or working within a 50 mile radius of the Quad Cities is eligible to join. In addition, more than 130 SEGs (Select Employee Groups) provide DHCU Community Credit Union membership as part of their employee benefits package.
