That is what DetroitGreeks.com's (DG) mission statement attempts to achieve. For over two years, we've strived to bring you the most talked about addition to our vast Greek Community.
"You" can be anyone... the casual internet browser, the game player, the person who wants to support Greek businesses as much as possible, the guy too stubborn to ask for directions to a church (we have links to maps of all the churches), the chef looking for a new way to make Avgolemono or Yemista, the picture viewer, the up-to-date event hound, the talker, the news junkie, and thousands of others...YOU are all welcome!
We want encourage free, but respectful speech in our oft-talked about forums. We don't believe in only promoting businesses and events that pay us. We want to provide you all the relevant information you need to plan your day, week, or month. With a listing of hundreds of Greek businesses, organizations, churches, and recipes (that are updated DAILY), you will be able to find what you need in a flash.
