WE ARE:A unique combination of engineering firm; fabrication shop; electrical, mechanical and piping assembly and testing facility. The diverse spectrum of abilities and services, all performed in-house, affords us the control to eliminate subcontracts, improve schedules, raise quality standards, and reduce costs.The latest generation of Denver Mineral Engineers process plants offers the best value available anywhere in the world. The costs of our plants are often less then half the installed cost of traditional stick built plants. We do this without compromising quality, performance, or operability by the vertical integration of our engineering and manufacturing organization. The units are built completely inhouse using our own staff and facilities. We build our own ASME Code pressure vessels, solution heaters, plastic components, tanks, control panels, and skids.Our only buy-outs are items that are not cost effective to fabricate without mass production,such as pumps, valves, and electrical parts. We don't just "shop fit adjoining components" or "trail match parts". We completely assemble the systems in our shop, hydraulically test by running the pumps and burners, disassemble, tag components and provide coded drawings for reassembly.
