Delta Cafe Roasting began its operation in 1989 as a division of sales and service of espresso equipment named Pro Bake Equipment. When one of the principals, Jean Christophe Houdre joined the company, he brought to the company his knowledge of coffee roasting. Jean Christophe follows a traditional roasting process handed down to him by a follow roaster in Bordeaux France. This 50 years old technique is what makes our signature coffee unique.
