The hospital has a 24-hour emergency room that participates in the Middle Tennessee Poison Control Consortium, a four-bed intensive care unit, and flight services to tertiary care in Nashville. DeKalb Hospital provides care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
