We sell remanufactured, rebuilt and custom designed papermill laboratory, on line and pilot testing equipment. Typical instruments test tensile strength, color, opacity, brightness, freeness, particle charge, porosity, COF, smoothness and caliper. Pilot pulping equipment, handsheet formers, sheet machines and presses are common requests for pulp mill equipment that are usually in stock. Viscometers, pilot coaters and mixers are offered for coated paper testing. Names that you will recognize include Adirondack, CLC, Emveco, Gurley, Hagerty, Hercules, Kajaani, Kaltec, Messmer, Mutek, Technidyne, Thwing Albert, TMI, Valley and Voith, to name just a few.
We are focused on providing our customers with quality lab and test equipment; this spans the spectrum from the most basic manual machines and devices used in the lab, to the most modern computerized equipment on the market. Our standard procedure with all equipment is to perform a complete check and refurbish of any equipment, prior to sale, with proper calibration and operational testing. This ensures that our customers can start up and use purchased equipment, as soon as they receive it. We back up our equipment with a full 90 day parts and labor warranty.
The dedicated group of professionals associated with Deja Vu Lab and Test Equipment Inc. offers other services to our customers. These services are extended to both equipment sold by Deja Vu or customer owned equipment. This includes regular service, rebuilding, modification/conversion and upgrading of equipment. We also carry an extensive library of operation manuals and parts, for a wide variety of lab and testing machines. Manuals are normally included with any equipment that we sell.
