Having previously been employed in senior levels in the IT industry for over 20 years and worked in various organizations as an IT manger, a programmer, a trainer and other IT related management roles I have a wealth of experience to offer the needs of a typical local business in West Malvern in Worcestershire where I live and work from.
I know how frustrating it can be to run your business and deal with the IT matters at the same time or deal with companies or engineers far a field where the personal involvement and the business needs may not be realized by a typically national or small to medium size IT company.
