David is well supported in his Real Estate career. His wife Joyce is also an Associate Broker and works as David's assistant. She takes care of the marketing and advertising of listings, follows up on activities, paperwork and handles many of the details of the business. Joyce has been in Real Estate sales since 1978 and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to the team. At Century 21 John DeVries Ltd. the Administrative Staff provides outstanding support. Stephanie Moffat, Listing Coordinator, takes care of appointments, processing of the listing to the MLS system and follow-up. Liz Keith, Sales and Client Service Coordinator, handles all of the paper and legal work with regard to each of David's transactions. With over 10 years experience she knows the agreement of Purchase and Sale and the legal process thoroughly and immediately notices any problems or concerns. Joyce Armstrong, Marketing Coordinator, assists with David's marketing and property promotion. Joyce's technical knowledge and creativity assist in keeping David in the forefront of the real estate buying and selling public.
