Dave Gagne’s motto, “In Touch with the Market, in Touch with my Clients” reflects his dedication to being both knowledgeable and personable. Ask people who know him and you may hear them say, ‘Dave always does his homework” and “Dave is good with people”. As a real estate professional, these skills lead to positive results. Dave has lived in the Brainerd Lakes area for more than twenty years. He has hunted the woods, fished the lakes and driven the back roads. He and his wife have raised four children, and have been active in church, school and community affairs. Before entering the real estate profession, Dave spent 13 years as a church pastor, and 3 years as a business manager with a national corporation. Today, Dave uses modern technology to keep in touch with market changes and offerings, and to keep his clients informed. He is a member of the Greater Lakes Association of REALTORS, MLS,MAR and NAR.
