Description
Daniels Studio of Photography was established in 1947 by Ross and Agnes Daniels. It is the most widely known studio in the western suburbs. Ken and Harriet Ahlstrom purchased Daniels Photography in 1973 and have kept its prominence well known since then. Their display of portrature can be seen at most of the large home shows, which take place at the Minneapolis Convention Center or at the MetroDome. The Studio had been located on Main Street in downtown Hopkins until September 1994. It is now located in a very comfortable addition to Ken & Harriet’s residential home just west of the intersection of Highway 169 and Cedar Lake Road.
Ken is known all over the area for the outstanding photography he does for his clients. Ken is noted over the upper Midwest for his wonderful classical animal and family photography and traditional wedding photography. Ken is a Master Photographer, a Photographic Craftsman and an accredited Minnnesota photographer.
Harriet is the manager of the studio specializing in sales to our valued customers. She is a PPA Photographic Craftsman. Harriet and Ken have taught professional photographers, throughout the upper midwest, at national conventions and in Canada how to market, photograph and sell professional animal and family photography.
