Mike started in the Music Business as Mike Batt's assistant in 1991 before moving to Sony Music as a general assistant. Rising through the ranks he worked with such artists as Leftfield, Kula Shaker and Lauryn Hill before moving into artist management and then a stint in V2's A&R department. He has been managing record producers since 2002.
