I have spent some time over the last several years scouring the Internet to attempt to link my family tree to the Dabells of England. My Grandfather, Stanley Dabell, came to London, Ontario, Canada in (I assume) the early 1900's. Stanley Herbert Dabell was one of 7 offspring of George Mudie Dabell and wife Mary Ann (Hockin) Dabell. Brothers were Percy George and Frederick Hockin , Sisters were Bertha Mary , Ethelyn Beatrice , and Nora .
