Description
Welcome to our new Internet Super Heroes Web site. This is one of WiredSafety.org’s programs and Web sites. WiredSafety.org is the world’s largest online safety and help group and is staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers. Marvel has been kind enough to donate an exclusive worldwide license to their more than 4,000 characters, including Spider-Man, Spider-Girl, The Incredible Hulk, X-Men and Fantastic 4 for us to use on all Internet and wireless safety, privacy and responsible use issues. This program will include Internet safety clubs, offline live character appearances and even custom comic books teaching the important messages of safe and responsible technology use. WiredSafety is a 501c-3 charity in the United States, and sponsorships are being created for the various programs, including school lesson plans, videos and after-school programs. Our train the trainers programs will launch at the same time, in various locations around the world.
