- The Cyberfunk Music Group was formed in 2001 by the legendary DJ Quest. Following on from the huge success of his early releases on Rat Records, Botchit and Scarper and Hardcore Beats, DJ Quest decided it was time to launch his own brand of breaks and path the way for a more club driven breakbeat sound. Cyberfunk was born from Quest’s ambitions to bring breakbeat into a new era whist maintaining its traditional funk roots.
