Who We Are Judith Snyder is the principal and founder of Custom WebHelp. All clients work directly with Judith Snyder, who holds a M.S. from Syracuse University and S.U.N.Y. College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Additionally, she has a certification in Client/Server Programming from Syracuse University and has taken graduate courses in information architecture / internet technologies. Judith worked in the biological sciences (published) before going into the computer field.
