I love San Francisco, I live here, I am a chef, food stylist and consultant and I want to share what makes this city so amazing. What inspired me to create this blog? After touring around with friends from out of town this last summer I witnessed San Francisco’s power to charm and seduce. I watched New Yorkers fresh off the plane from JFK power walk their way down Market Street then suddenly stop in their tracks as they saw the Farmer’s Market at the Ferry Building. Still not allowing themselves to be taken in by the breathtaking view or beautiful weather they finally succumbed as they took their first bite of a perfect August peach cobbler. Shoulders softened, the walking pace slowed down and they asked ‘Where are we having dinner tonight?’ In short, they had fallen under San Francisco’s spell… As a muse, my delicious pleasure is to inspire you. So join me as I share my favorite places to eat, places to sit and knit while enjoying the view, the best morning walks, the perfect cup of hot chocolate, the driest Martini and the best French 75.
